Otis records 12 property transfers as most sale prices go undisclosed
The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Otis between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $35,963 for 175 Lee Westfield Rd and $75,000 for a Klondike Campground parcel at 759 North Main Rd, the period's top sale, sold by North Main Rd Klondike Campground and Patrick L. O'Donnell to Arthur and Eileen Jensen. The median of those two disclosed sales was $55,481. West Center Road saw two separate transactions, and three transfers appeared to be family or trust transactions based on shared surnames. With price data available for only two of 12 filings, the dataset does not support conclusions about overall market direction this period.
